The Reflections program is a county-wide arts competition featuring talents of students in the areas of visual arts, dance choreography, music composition, photography, film making, and literature. Reflections begins at the local PTA level and then the top students from each local PTA compete at the MCCPTA level. Honorees at the county level then progress to the Free State PTA and eventually the National PTA.

Consider applying for a grant to support the Reflections program at your school. More information on the grant and how to apply will be provided in a subsequent email.

Reflections Info session slide deck
Thank you to those who attended the Reflections Info session last night. We were thrilled to see returning chairs and new members! An important point I'd like to highlight from last night's discussion was eligibility to participate in Reflections. FSPTA, our state umbrella PTA organization, requires the following to be up to date:
Membership dues
PT(S)A bylaws
AIM insurance coverage
Officer contacts in MCCPTA directory
Given that it is still early in the year, as membership dues to MCCPTA has a deadline of October 31st, units will still be working towards compliance as they begin implementing the Reflections Program at their school. MCCPTA will assist you through issues that come up along the way with achieving compliance at your school. It's never too early to start planning to host Reflections at your school.
