What is this? MCCPTA's Board of Directors, per our bylaws, includes our Executive Committee, Committee Chairs, Area Vice Presidents, and Cluster Coordinators. These meetings are intended to set the strategic direction of the organization. We review budgets, share information, and check in on various advocacy priorities.

Who attends? Members of the Board of Directors are expected to regularly attend the meetings. This includes Cluster Coordinators, AVPs, Committee Chairs, and the MCCPTA Executive Committee.

How do I sign up? MCCPTA's Office Manager will send out calendar invitations to the email you provided in the MCCPTA Directory once the calendar is officially approved. These will include the zoom registration link as well as links to folders. We encourage you to review the folders before the meetings and come with questions!
