MCCPTA Membership Dues Form
All MCCPTA dues must be paid by check made out to MCCPTA.  Dues are $1 per member.

When you fill out this form, you will receive an e-mailed invoice. Print two copies. Mail one in to MCCPTA with your check and keep the other for your treasurer's book.

Pay your state/national dues separately. This means you are making TWO payments for each member. One payment goes to MCCPTA. The other payment goes to Free State PTA. Free State PTA pays National on your behalf. Pay Free State PTA by going to this site: https://www.fspta.org/membership
