Mark your calendars!
Come see hundreds of Montgomery County students take the stage in the annual Performing Arts Festival, hosted by the Montgomery County Council of Parent-Teacher Associations (MCCPTA). More than 300 students are scheduled to perform during the festival in Rockville.
The Performing Arts Festival started in 2012 as a way for MCCPTA to showcase the talents of area students. The event has grown annually. This year, the event will feature more than 20 groups displaying a wide range of musical, dance, and theatrical talent.
Come see dancers will perform in a variety of modern, artistic and cultural styles, including traditional Chinese, classical Indian, Indian Bollywood-style, Latin and African dance. Enjoy Broadway musical performers and several step teams. Listen to jazz and light rock bands play music for all ages.
Insurance Waiver: If your group has already signed liability waivers for your club, please let Mr. Lechner know that. If it has not, you can use a waiver form like this one to get signatures from all of the participant parents or guardian. Please bring copies the day of the performance and provide them to Mr. Lechner when checking in on arrival.
