Burden of Proof

In the spring of 2012, MCCPTA Delegates voted to support advocacy for placing the Burden of Proof in Special Education due process hearings on the school system. Work is being done now by Maryland legislators to craft a bill on this issues. MCCPTA advocacy efforts will be guided by our position on this issue.
